“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power,
and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
Due to the current decrease in COVID-19 cases around Albuquerque, the state and the country, the UC leadership team has amended our safety guidelines. While we plan to continue following safety measures such as social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitizing; we are opening up more of our on-site services and events (including Sunday morning Life Groups and Children's programs, and our Wednesday night Student Ministry).
We remind everyone that you are responsible for helping us stay safe, so please wear masks, utilize hand sanitation areas, and observe the 6-foot social distancing guidelines.
Additionally, remember if anyone in your family has any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 such as: coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell; please remain home. If symptoms are severe or concerning to you, you may want to consider contacting your medical provider. Older adults and people with underlying medical conditions are at higher risk of developing severe complications from COVID-19, and should consider this when deciding to attend services or to continue participating virtually.
As always, thank you for your continued support of UC through your prayers, and financial giving, and by staying connected online or in-person.
